Takealot . Pathetic Service and Communication!

Purchased a pair of sunglasses which arrived on time . When I tried it on . It was damaged so I requested an exchange. Package was collected the very next morning yet after 2 days I have still received no feedback or correspondence. Poor communication from such a "reputable" company I've always loved shopping with takealot yet they are so poor when communicating!!!!
