Takealot Pathetic Service

I purchased a sound bar from takealot. A couple of months later the equipment was faulty. I requested a return/replacement of the equipment and days later I noticed the return was declined with no call or information. I have no idea why it was declined, and what’s the next steps. There is no way of contacting takealot at all. Literally been the worst customer experience. Takealot after sales is pathetic! Takealot customer experience is pathetic! This is a poor online experience all together.
