I am writing to share my recent experience with your services, specifically regarding an unresolved delivery of LG combo washing machine g bough on Black Friday 2023. The machine a had an unbearable noise. i request the collection that was done in January. Up this day i have not received my machine. I was told money has refunded to the account, I bought same machine at Makro online on the 18 March today machine has been delivered. Takealot the standard has gone down. I have sent numerous email consultant keep on sending me from pillar to post. Very disappointing level of customer service I encountered. It is phathetic. ORDER FROM TAKEALOT YOU WILL BE INVITING STRESS AND FRUSTRATION
