Takealot Pathetic Service

Ticket Reference Logged with Takealot Ticket *** I have ordered an electric blanket from Takealot, and the delivery should have been Monday the 25th of May, I have still not received my order and Takealot has responded for two days in a row with generic replies "...I will check with the warehouse" from Mbali Nongalaza and Joshua Gaskin my question; why does Takealot make promises they cannot keep and why does it take 48 hours to follow up with the warehouse?

Until date I have not received a clear answer, when will my order be delivered and where is the stuff I ordered?

One cannot phone Takealot since the telephone lines are not working, so there are no means to speak to a person, this seems very convenient since I have to keep on following up and only get 1 response the next day.

This is ****** ridiculous!!!
