Takealot pathetic service !!!!

I ordered a parcel on 13/04/2022, it was scheduled to be delivered on 21/04/2022. After waiting an entire day on Thursday 21/04/2022 I received an sms stating that my parcel could not be delivered because I was not at home to receive it (which is total bullsh*t). After calling the call center, they stated that my parcel will then get delivered on Friday 22/04/2022. The same thing happened again! I have been calling the call center the entire day to track the whereabouts of my parcel with no success. They have been trying to call the branch in question but the branch has not been answering. A pathetic and disappointing experience. Now it states that there has been an incorrect scheduling and my parcel has not been received?? Why was this not communicated to me in the first place ??? An extremely unhappy customer !!! I will not be ordering with takealot ever again !!!
