Takealot pathetic service

I placed an order and paid on Tuesday morning, I was advised delivery on Thursday between 8 and 5. Their tracking system at 4pmish said Friday. After about 8 calls, no delivery. The tracking system says today before 1, I called thrice already no answer and to top it off when I do talk to someone they say they driver is on their way since Thursday. They also say they call and don't, plus if I ask the delivery persons contact number they don't have it. This service is disgusting and pathetic
