Takealot Pathetic Service!!

NEVER IN MY LIFE will I purchase something through Takealot again!

No problems when you purchase something or maybe ask for a refund. But don't ask for a replacement! It's one bull$#@! story after the other and then finally when I receive the replacement: I receive a Garmin Fitbit!! My replacement must be a Garmin Forerunner 30!

And Takealot blames Garmin for sending me the wrong product. Well I spoke to Garmin and they told me this is another lie. Takealot can't even admin their mistake!

I request an immediate refund and Takealot tells me I need to log another query for this request AND THEN WAIT ANOTHER 4 WEEKS for this request to be resolved?!

My advice: STAY AWAY FROM Takealot! The order or purchase might be convenient, but if you have a problem with your purchase, the problems are never-ending!
