Takealot pathetic service

Takealot has the most pathetic customer service ever. I bought a bicycle and a s****** for my kids as Christmas gifts on the 30th November 2018. They first delivered a bicycle without a s****** with no explanation. The bicycle was faulty with missing parts. I called them to make them aware they promised to replace the bicycle and collect the faulty one. That was on the 11 December 2018. On the 24th i got an sms that the replacement will be delivered on the 31st December Christmas gone. Only to find out that they are replacing with the wrong size, i bought a size 16, they were sending a size 14 with no communication or what so ever. When you call all you hear is stories. Im still stuck with their faulty bicycle. I will never ever buy from takealot ever again, even their staff is very very unprofessional.
