Takealot - PATHETIC SERVICE

We ordered the Selpal Tablet 9.6 inch for my daughters birthday. First when we placed the order the price automatically changed to a higher price. when we took this up with them they confirmed the promotion is over, although when you view the product the price is the lower price. Then, on Friday 31/08/2018 the order is placed for the tablet. my husband received an email on Wednesday 12/09/2018 confirming that the order has been cancelled as they are out of stock. her birthday is 20/09!!!!!!!! you cant phone them cause they never know what is going on, the email says reply to this email with your banking details for refund.... when he rep**** the email came back saying it is an automated email address. when he phoned today to find out where is his refund.... nothing has been done yet. now i am left trying to find her a present that she wants. TakeAlot is pathetic!!!! they *****ed up my weekend, and my childs birthday. How pathetic are you people. according to the call centre - or shop assistant - there is no managers or team leaders that can take the call. you are disgusting and i will make sure i post your pathetic service everything
