Takealot pathetic service

i bought online from takealot on the 12 August 2018 on the 13 they send me a email no stock and that they will refund me (items out of stock but still advertise it on takealot) today 15 August they let me know my money will only be refunded 5 to 7 working days why so long but on your website by help you say 3 to 5 days real pathetic service please close my account i dont deal with ****s
