TAKEALOT PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!

I have been buying from TAKEALOT for years and have literally spent hundreds of thousands of rands on their site, you could even say I've spent close to half a million rand on the site and should they check, it will all be there. I have been a loyal and dedicated customer for many years. If ever I have an issue, it usually gets resolved quite fast. To be treated this way is pathetic. I ordered and received my order last Friday. I placed an order for a set of four things. When I received my order, not even half of the products I ordered was in the box. I notified them immediately and still have not gotten any feedback via mail or telephone. I have to keep calling after them and never do I get any results or answers. This matter is now becoming ridiculous. I should not have to ever wait like this for their ridiculously stupid mistakes.
