Takealot - Pathetic returns service

Its a pity I can't give "0" stars. I logged a return on 11 Sept. No response. I enquired as to collection date to be told there was a system glitch. Takealot closed and re-logged the call. Still no correspondence. Yesterday get a call to inform they are at the premises for collection. It's the wrong address? Sent mail last night for status update. No response. Sent mail this morning for status update. Still no response? Also can't find a number on their site to call. Probably done so purposefully. Pathetic.
