TakeAlot Pathetic Horrible Customer Service shocking!

Paid for an overnight next day delivery , only to track the order the following morning to see that it will only be delivered 5days later with no communication as to why but was told it was due to an item being in JHB and not CPT even though all the items I added to my cart was available on CPT. I have sent an email and made 2 phone calls to find out why this is the case but still no answer. Absolutely horrible and pathetic customer service. There was a reason I chose next day delivery and paid for it but what does it matter I’m probably just another customer. Shocking no customer service at all! Horrible Horrible!
