Takealot pathetic Delivery and service

I ordered a couch from Takealotmore. It was delivered today and I was told by the truck delivery guys that if it doesn't for through my for they will leave it at the front door in the rain. They then brought it in without problem and left it on the ground floor stating that it is door to door only. It was only meant to be up 1 flight of stairs. I asked for it to be returned as I love alone and impossible to take it up myself. Pathetic how companies and people that work for these companies are rolling to sacrifice a sale for another 10m of work. Takealot.com is quickly falling into this category
