Takealot pathetic customer service & defective products

I bought 21st key that they had in stock in Jhb because normally i know i will receive it the next day or 2,it took almost 5 days to get to me which i found very strange only to find it was scratched & on closer inspection i saw it looks like part was broken off & glued back on. Instead of offering alternatives or making effort to rectify situation the situation they reply to my email that they will log return which doesnt help at all as 21st is this weekend i dont have 21st key & i have to wait for refund from them. its not 1st time its happened i bought chocolate fountain for son's birthday that left me embarrassed at party when it didnt work only then i noticed labels were faded & it looked as switch was removed i assume it was a return that they tried to repair. To add to everything i tried at least 4 times to call them & each time i waited almost 10mins to speak to someone so i rather hang up & try again.
