TakeAlot Pathetic Customer Experience

The most pathetic service i have ever received.

I purchased an iphone 6s in june 2019 from takealot which costed me R4999. 4 Months later the phone switches of and does not want to switch on. I contacted Takealot and spoke to Melissa Cain to return or have the phone repaired. The phone was collected however it was returned to me with them saying that the phone has physical damage/owner negligence . THIS PHONE HAS NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH ON IT. I am writing this review very disappointed as i have wasted a whole lot of money to support a well known enterprise like takealot who has no customer service s****s and does not keep to their word. If there was a 0 star option that would be all the deserved for wasting my money. I require this phone to be replaced or a full refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
