Takealot - Pathetic

An order was placed with takealot for 2 x Computers on 26 November 2022, Received 1 x Computer on 15 December 2022.I contacted courier company on 18 December and was advised that the other computer was missing and that i should contact Takealot. Thereafter almost everyday, I called Takealot. Every Agent, namely : Slive M, Siyabonga, Teena, Andiswa promised to resolve that matter and get back to me and until now, it's just the same old empty promises of resolving the issue. I never get any feedback from the agents, just an email acknowledging my complaint . I also requested a call from the manager and this never happens. When request to put through to a manager, I am always told that there is no manager's avail. As a client, I paid for my items so why should I go through this ordeal. Someone,Takealot or Couriers lost it and should be simple enough to replace my missing item
