Takealot pathetic

I’ve had an issue with my delivery address have sent several emails to try and get help. I got my location/ address wrong due to google geolocation that pops up when you type address. Several emails back and forth 2 weeks in and I still can’t get my order .. and it was baby formula.

Pathetic surely the system should allow or have a way to assist in a case where client got details wrong
