TAKEALOT PATHETIC

I Ordered something from Takealot on the 29.11.2018. The delivery date was scheduled for the 04.12.2018 up till today which is the 07.12.2018 I have not received anything.

I have spent so much money on airtime I was promised time after time that a manager would call me back. I have e-mails and there should be recorded calls of all the promises that were made.

My next step will be to log this with the consumers tribunal. The last person I spoke to was Luyolo Kala and to this day does not even have the decency to call me back.

I have used takealot for years and this is how you treat your clients.
