Takealot Parow has service

I experienced 20 minute waiting time outside the Takealot centre in Parow this morning as the bell was not working, no contact number listed to call them to open and when I walked to the rear of the building all takealot staff were only focused on the delivery bikes and not the two customers standing at the gate.

I raised this to the agent who was unapologetic, gave some attitude and I asked him to take my number down and have the manager call me as I needed to rush to work. I informed him that failing to call me would force me to log my complaint to hellopeter which will trigger contact to me.

Instead of dealing with the issue he called the Manager saying I threatened him. 1. No customer skills to deal with basic customer complaint, 2. Low emotional intelligence to not be able to handle criticism which was to check if the bell is working at start of shift or add a contact number on the door should there be no response.

The manager did not call me.

When will their US competition finally open doors as takealot products and services has deteriorated.
