Takealot - Parcels not delivered

I made an online purchase from takealot on the 27 May 2020 for 3 items and they confirmed they would deliver my stuff on the 12 June 2020.

I waited on the 12 June 2020 no parcels delivered, I had to follow up via email and a response from Babalwa advised they would deliver on Monday the 15 June 2020 irrespective on the Covid 19 regulations. In the afternoon around 3pm on the 15 June, Monday I emailed them again to follow up. A guy named Lunga Mqotsi advised there seems to be a delay with my parcel. I still don't get a good enough answer to say when will my parcel be delivered as promised.

This is unacceptable considering how long i had to wait, this makes me think that these people are not concerned about customers, as long as payment is with them.

This parcel is a gift for my husband and my mother for their birthday with is on the 17th June.

I am utterly disappointed by this.
