Takealot parcel noted delivered but not received.

Good day. I ordered a parcel from takealot & it was delivered however I did not receive it. The delivery guy said he delivered it and gave it to a guy in the yard. I need to know how will takealot refund me for the parcel being missing as I did not sign for it and it was given to someone in the yard. I need feedback as to what I need to do next and how to solve it.
