Takealot parcel lost in transit?

Normally I rave about Takealot, but my experience this last week has been terrible. I placed a large order with them with delivery promised yesterday, 5th June. Part of the order was refunded without explanation. The balance of the 15 odd items says "parcel lost in transit"! It is impossible to get through to anyone as the phone lines keep cutting off. I have tried emailing. I have reached out over Facebook Messenger. Please can someone contact me urgently as this is not ideal. Thank you.
