Takealot parcel is **** shipped???? No tracking available or anyone answering us.

We have been sending emails and messangers since Friday for a tracking number. Our parcel was shipped on Saturday and it still shows no movement. It's very weird. Not sure if it's even shipped and if you are buying time. We can't call to reach someone as no one is working. We are getting ignored non stop. Where is management???? Are they seeing that you guys working from hom is not working as you just ignore the customers.

Why can't we get a tracking number and the courier info????? Why is it so top secret????
