Takealot paid back into my bank account for wrong products they sent me

After I written last about Takealot on HelloPeter and have sent e-mails to Takealot that I have received for a second time the wrong product and the strap was broken when I opened the Pet Car seat cover.

Takealot e-mailed back and said they will refund me back the deliverycost and the cost of the Pet Car seat cover when I returned it into my bank account.

I received the money after about 8 days into by bank account. Thank you Takealot. What I am disappointed about is that I never received the right pet car seat cover and still don't have one.
