Takealot packers can't read

Already twice I ordered something, and they delivered the incorrect product. Their warehouse sticker says it is the correct product, but the sticker is paste on the wrong item. Is there not a system in place to insure that what ever the client orders, is actually the thing they pack to send of to their customers? Can their packers not read? This is unprofessional and unacceptable.
