TAKEALOT PACKAGING OF GLASS

I ordered Champagne Glass through Takealot. The first delivery arrives - packaging has no FRAGILE / HANDEL WITH CARE / GLASS on the box and a Glass was broken. I returned the product and was send a replacement 2 weeks later - THE EXACT SAME ISSUE - No FRAGILE / HANDEL WITH CARE / GLASS - this time 2 glasses were broken. Surely Takealot knows that anything with Glass in must BE MARKED - as the parcels are obviously roughly handled
