Takealot packaging doesn't exist!

I usually have no hassle ordering, I am very happy with all my purchases. Except for this last time, my package was delivered on 16th November, I ordered it on the 14th which was a Sunday, I was so excited pagage had arrived within 2 working days, the problem was, it was not packaged in a box. Both my purchases were just out in the open which is unacceptable. I have never had this issue before, and the place I work all the staff order and no-one has ever had this before. I am very disappointed. Surely you have boxes to package my purchases in!
