Takealot package delivered but never received!!!!!

I have ordered a package which was due for delivery on the 1st June 2020. When I didn't receive my package I went into app to track. To my astonishment the package showed as delivered and signed for by me???? I enquired immediately. Regrettably due to Covid the telephone lines has been deactivated. So I email and queried online. A consultant rep**** and said that they can see it has not been delivered and said they will enquire with the warehouse. I have followed up twice now and response remain the same. Today is the 5th June and my package is still missing. This is unacceptable not to mention utterly disappointing. Package of R660 just vanished????
