TAKEALOT OWES ME R27599

I had purchased an iphone 13 pro max 256GB at Takealot 25/05/2022 and requested for collection at Chatsworth Pick Up Point in Durban and collected it on 31/05/22. I received a power bank, trusting this was a mistake and logged a return and requested a refund till date nothing has been done, I have called, emailed & done everything to get what Im due all I get is escalations and now they decided not to refund me because I did not take pictures of the item i received whereas I was not requested to do so mind you they are owing me R27599.

I want my damn money takealot!!
