Takealot overpromises and under-delivers

Takealot WAS always on the ball and HAD quick delivery - but now it’s getting ridiculous, Takealot is now the place that overpromises and under-delivers. Their deliveries now are the worst.

I bought a very expensive present for a friend that’s immigrating to New Zealand - it was suppose to be here TODAY, and she is leaving TODAY but because of their horrible service, it’s going to be delivered tomorrow. (And that is AFTER I sent them a mail to complain about the situation)

Tomorrow is too late. I did not receive an apology or explanation why this happend, I only received a reply that stated:

“ Good Day Hope this mail finds you well Please be advised that delivery Fri, 8 Mar 2024 before 17h00 Kind Regards Monica.B”

Just look at that mail. It’s SO POORLY written, TERRIBLE email etiquette to begin with, no punctuation.

You are suppose to be a Professional Business. Underpromise and overdeliver, don’t overpromise and underdeliver.
