Takealot over shoots estimated delivery times

It is becoming a trend with Takealot these days that when you order a product that the estimated delivery days are way off, you are given an estimated delivery time then it gets extended and then that is not met, it is extended again. as a customer you make decisions based on delivery times e.g. gifts for people birthdays or when you have a function planned. Then when they don't deliver as per the estimated or not a day or two later (We are talking 3 weeks here) then you would have taken your business somewhere else. Worst of all there is no easy way (email, chat box, WhatsApp) to contact them. You can't even enquire what is the hold up on the order.
