Takealot (out of me)

So today my item sent to them for return was denied replacement because according to a PDF policy they sent me only now my item id faulty had to be returned within first 2 weeks of purchase haha what a joke so anyway they say to me that they will return my item to me. They haven't given me an expected date as to when my item will come back also haven't advised which warehouse its in so I can just go collect. The worst customer experience I've ever had with a company will never use them again.
