"I am highly disappointed with Takealot SA's services. I have returned more than 30 items due to negligence and poor package handling. This is not all; I also received poor customer service over the phone. Yesterday, I spoke to Vuyi, and she assured me that she would sort out my orders, but nothing happened. As a result, I had to call again today, and eventually, I got hold of a guy named Ethan.Pa from Takealot.com, who helped me better than the previous person. However, I still have to constantly send items back since they are either broken or poorly packaged. I am so disappointed with Takealot. Please check my overview. What happened to Takealot?"
