Takealot order not being delivered

Ordered and paid for 6 items on 22nd December 2023. 1 item gets delivered and none of the others, which included a Playstation 5 as my son's Christmas present.

I have made contact via email and their so called service channels with no resolution. All they say is that they are investigating. What do you need to investigate? I ordered and paid, just deliver my order.
