TakeALot order issues.

I have made a order with reference ***2. The bank was slow in transferring my money to PayFast and Takealot cancelled the order. I have phoned Takealot and they stated they do not want to reinstate my order so that I can complete the order with immediate available funds at PayFast. The person that I spoke to did not want to transfer me to someone who can assist.

The issue is that the price went up on some of the items and the concern is that each consecutive new order will be cancelled because we will be waiting for the bank.

Please assist.
