Takealot order inconvenience

I have been ordering from Takealot.com for years now, but today something happened to me for the second time which I think should not happen at all. They say something is in stock and you pay for an item, only for them to cancel it and just say they couldn't get the item from the supplier. It did say IN STOCK in Jhb warehouse. If it's not in the warehouse itself, they shouldn't say in stock. This was a gift for someone that I need to buy by a specific time and everything was on track, but this has really inconvenieced me. And worse of all, it is the second time it has happened.
