Takealot - order history disappeared. Nobody helping me. *******

I ordered a R880 worth of products from takealot on the app on the 1st of May 2022. It was scheduled for delivery on 16th May 2022. This past week my order history was showing blank and takealot apparently has no record of my order. I can't even see the order number to query this as it has disappeared. I have sent through my credit card statement showing the deduction and takealot have not helped me yet. This is *******.
