Takealot order dispute

I ordered from Takealot last week, and I received a message that they would deliver on Friday, 01/06/2023. No one contacted me and my reference was closed.

On Saturday 2/06/2023, I received a call from someone at Takealot. They promised to call the driver who made a mistake and then get back to me again; no one has been in contact. Their communication is horrific, and I have no idea how to track my order.
