Takealot order delay and poor customer care line

I have a Takelot order that should have been delivered by Fri, 24 Mar 2023. I only received one item, and not the rest. I always get very good service from Takealot, but after numerous emails this time no one responds. And try calling them, the customer call center does not work and only wastes your time.
