Takealot order cancellations

Placed an order on 29 June which has not yet been shipped. According to their website if the order status is "not yet shipped" there will be an option to cancel the order, however, I checked a few times and there is no such option. I have no way of cancelling my order and no one has responded to a "refund" query I logged via their website either
