takealot order...

i ordered my Stuff on the 15th, they updated my tracking profile to say i will receive the order on the 27th of which i was fine with that, then i received an sms to say my order will be delivered on the 22nd of July 2021... i phoned them when i see that its almost knock off time and am not receiving my order.. they told me that the if the order doesn't get delivered on that day it will be scheduled for tomorrow,

tomorrow is here, i call them they say no they will definitely deliver today. now its almost knock off time again and i haven't received my order , the incompetence in this whole process is what makes me angry and what am not happy with, because even though you check on their website tracking how far is your order it gives incomplete information and False information..

they told me that the driver has my parcel and it will be delivered all of a sudden there's a message that says " your order has been rescheduled because of incomplete address information" i do my shopping online and not even one courier Company has ever reported that my address is incomplete and they got lost...

takealot must take their business serious and not give us false information.
