Takealot order always being rescheduled without a clear reason

My order from takealot keeps getting rescheduled. My ordered was placed and paid for on 27/11/2020. This has happened 7 times no with no clear reason. Their support repsonse is always the same saying that the order is scheduled for delivery today. When i check the status of my order after their reply it says that order has been rescheduled. This has been happening for the past week and is highly frustrating.
