Takealot order

@takealot ive order a mahalo tenor ukelele and they've send me a box with 9 tv mount.. what must I do with tv mounts that I did not order I did log a return on the same day it arives and that was on the 20 th of july!! I receveid an email saying it wil be colected from me on the 22 of july its now the 29 July. Will this problem please be fix as soon as possible. Thats *** service, its afwul..
