Takealot order

I'm having a problem here I placed 2 times on takealot When I track it It shows that it went out for delivery but my order doesn't reach to me After that they cancelled my order I placed again on the 14th of December but even now it not shipped I'm so worried because what follows again is to cancel my order Please help me
