Takealot Order #***

I have ordered an item last week that was supposed be be delivered on the 08/12/2025. Today is 10/12/2025 the delivery has not materialised. Takealot never phoned me to explain the delay. I had to phone them myself to enquire and I got told that there was a mistake done, the order was sent to the wrong depot. I waited the whole day Monday and Tuesday with no luck. The order was made on the 1st of December and now it’s going for a second week and the order has not been delivered.I honestly regret placing my order with Takealot.
