Takealot Order #***/Wrong product & Return Service

We recently bought a PEACHZ - USB C iPhone Car Charger, 48W & Type-C to Type-C Nylon Braided Cable. We received the wrong cable not once but twice, which honestly is unacceptable.

After communicating with the Takealot team via email, we were told by them that it was unacceptable to receive the wrong cable twice. We were told that we only have to return the wrong cable and that we would then receive the correct cable.

Now, after numerous communications with different members of the Takealot team, there seems to be a serious lack of communication. We are now expected to send back the car charger as well, after we were told by Takealot to only send back the incorrect cable. We have once again contacted them to no avail. This is why we are here—because when something goes through multiple channels without the proper communication, it normally leads to a disaster.

Takealot is a platform that most South Africans use on a daily basis, and to receive such service is honestly a slap in the face.
