Takealot orde return declined due to their damagaing package

POOOOOR!

Ive bough a Airfryer from takealot, when it was delivered the package was already damaged, so as I opened the package I realized it did not meet my expectations and not as advertised. so when i logged a return they declined my return because of the damaged box/package it was in. and did not credit me but sent it right back to me. I am so unhappy!
