Takealot or waitalot?

Absolutely the worst experience received ever in my life. A normal standing order with the promise that delivery will take place on 20th December 2023, 18 calls later, emails and still no delivery. Forget the fact that the order contains Christmas gifts, which we will probably not receive in time, I have a household full of guests and no fridge for the festive season! We live in a small town so options are limited and then to rely on a company that don’t deliver leaves a bitter taste to the mouth. We were promised follow up calls and to be kept updated, but none of this happened. The sms with promised delivery dates, just didn’t happen. So now, I am stuck with spoiled food and an increase of financial burden cause we have to live on day to day fresh food basis. Needless to say, disappointment. Worse customer service and a company I won’t use again.
