TakeAlot or Take-kark, which one is it?

Great customer service it's a dream when you dealing with Takealot.

1stly they add wrong descriptions to their products and when you return them they quick to reject. I believe that the moto of the company, sell wrong things to people and reject their returns.

had two order of the same nature ( car parts) which i was very stupid to buy them via Takealot, 1stly the description the parts was wrong as parts received was not what they advertised. The order had a delay in delivery as they told me they out-source some items.. no problem but when i return all of a sudden they're holly and and the victim. submitted 2x orders of the same nature, one was wrongfully credit that which i had to fight for and the other one "said" its out of policy time frame like their delivery was not which i had to be patient but they can't be.

i never had a problem with Takealot but seems like am taking kark this time.
